Do You Have What It Takes to Be a Legal Assistant?

There are three types of personalities. Type A, B, and C. Each personality type flourishes in a different setting. A legal assistant works with legal documents. This requires a high level of accuracy. There’s also a lot of stress working in the legal field. However, this type of career will fit Type A personalities like a glove.

Type A personalities love order, structure, and detail. They’re less likely to feel the pressure. If they do feel it, they’re going to thrive under it. Type A personalities have a black-and-white view of the world with very little space for gray. Type B personalities are more creative. The law requires compliance, not creativity.
